Valentine’s Day is the day of love. It’s a beautiful celebration. At Lake Front Bistro, we want to make the day special for you. To make the day even more special, we made a special one-day plan for you. We are pleased to present you with our Valentine’s Day set Three-course Menu Dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day, the most romantic Day of the Year. This special offer is brought to you on the 14th of February.
You get to enjoy a delicious meal in an ambient, romantic atmosphere on a nice evening, gazing at the beautiful lake. Our Valentine’s Day meal offers a three-course set menu. You can enjoy the three meals at $60.00 per person. The courses include the entree, the main dish and the dessert.
The entree courses include three different meal options. The first option is the Gravlax sugar-cured Atlantic salmon with tempura oysters. The second option is the Prawn, mango and avocado salad with mango dressing. The third option includes the Cheese soufflé glazed with gruyere cheese & fresh cream.
The Main course includes three different meal options, as well. The first option is the Grilled fillet steak with béarnaise sauce, carrot gateau and mashed potatoes. The second option is the Duck leg confit with white cassoulet beans, gratin potatoes and orange sauce. The third option is the Pan-fried fish of the day with champ potato & ponzu sauce.
The Dessert courses also include three different meal options. The first option is the Passionfruit cremebrûleè with fresh strawberries. The second option is the Classic Belgian chocolate mousse with fresh cream. The third option is the bread-and-butter pudding with vanilla ice-cream. The food comes with a glass of Kir Royale and an Amuse-bouche taster to complete the meal.
The amazing meal that will be served on Valentine’s Day will be prepared by Andrew Peaston, our multiple award-winning Head Chef. He is a true veteran of this industry and has several years of experience working in fine dining restaurants.
